YL APPLICATION

The application is open to any student who will be in 11th grade in August 2025. The application deadline is May 09, 2025.

​

There are (2) components to the application.  All must be completed for consideration.

​

Please note that invoices for the $400.00 tuition will be issued upon notification of acceptance.

To apply for the 2025 - 2026 scholarship, you must complete the following forms. Please note that the scholarship application can be completed alongside the program application form:

​

  • Letter of Reference from an adult in your life of no relation.

Youth Leadership Scholarship

​

The Youth Leadership Scholarship is funded by community corporate donations.

Reference letters should be directed to Beth Cybulski at info@leadershipac.org or mailed to P.O. Box 643 Ashtabula, Oh. 44005.

The DEADLINE for the Youth Leadership Scholarship for the 2025 - 2026 program is May 09, 2025.
